A well-established and highly active yacht club was facing serious shoreline issues. Over time, sections of its stone seawalls had loosened, shifted, and even begun to collapse, putting the property’s stability at risk.

Erosion is gradual but dangerous. As sand, soil, and stone move, sinkholes and structural failures can occur—posing risks to people, pets, vehicles, and nearby structures.

OCC provided a complete seawall reconstruction with reinforced concrete back walls, completed efficiently during the winter months to avoid disrupting the boating season.

At Ocean County Construction, we work year-round to keep coastal properties safe, strong, and secure.
